Hallema Sharif is a visionary leader and strategist with over 30 years of experience in communications, marketing, and public relations. She is the founder of HS Global Communications Collaborators and Catalyst Collective Initiatives, consultancies that reflect her deep commitment to transformative change and leadership excellence in diverse corporate environments. Her career is marked by her work with major Fortune 500 companies, where she has developed and executed high-impact campaigns, driving innovation and strategic growth.
Hallema's expertise extends beyond traditional marketing; she has a significant background in change management, having led initiatives that enhance operational efficiencies and team dynamics. Her role in environmental advocacy, particularly in clean energy and grid reliability, showcases her ability to merge technical acumen with public engagement to advance energy policies and sustainable practices.

Elizabeth Margulies is a seasoned Communications and Business Development Specialist with over 30 years of experience across a wide range of industries, including Inclusion & Diversity, healthcare, nonprofit, environmental preservation, child advocacy, and travel. Her career is marked by a proven track record of leading multi-million-dollar educational partnerships and driving strategic communications that align with organizational goals.
At HS Global Communications Collaborators, Elizabeth serves as the Senior Communications & PR Strategist, where she collaborates closely with clients to develop and implement strategic communications and public relations strategies. Her expertise extends to crisis communication, media relations, and preparing executives for public discourse and media interactions.
Elizabeth is known for her strategic oversight in partnership and project development, resulting in sustainable growth and impactful change. Her holistic approach to communications integrates cultural sensitivity, inclusivity, and a commitment to fostering genuine belonging. Her proficiency in leveraging digital platforms for effective communication and media outreach further enhances her ability to drive engagement and build strong relationships.
Elizabeth’s extensive experience includes serving as the Lead Media Relations Specialist for National Grid, overseeing marketing and business development at the American Lung Association, and managing public relations for Virgin Atlantic Airways. She holds a Master of Arts in Media Ecology from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Adelphi University.
